Originally from England, Steve Radekopf moved to Charleston in 1997 where he lives with his wife and two daughters. Steve is a NC and SC licensed real estate broker and has been involved in leasing and selling commercial real estate in Charleston, SC since 1991. He received his Certified Business Intermediary designation in 1997 and he is also a CCIM (certified commercial investment member) candidate. Steve received the Costar Power Broker award for retail leasing for the Charleston Market for 2016.

Meet Andrew Tackitt one of our full-time licensed Realtors who has over 15 year’s experience in both residential, commercial real estate, and business brokerage. He performs comparison analyses to determine competitive market prices for properties, lease rates and maintains knowledge of real estate law, local economies, and types of available mortgages and financing options. He assists clients in evaluating prospective residential or commercial properties, delivers offers, closes deals, and launches resale activities. His business brokerage experience includes pricing and valuation issues, exit strategies, business financing and any other subjects related to the purchase or sale of a business. Andrew takes pride in providing his clients with exceptional customer service. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in buying and selling real estate throughout the greater Charleston area and beyond.
Andrew moved to Charleston, South Carolina in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He currently works, lives, and invests in the Charleston real estate industry. You could say he is very dedicated and involved in the industry. Jennifer Downs
Meet Jennifer Downs. She has lived in Charlotte, NC for the past 12 years and has been working closely with investors from all over the world. She assists them in acquiring distressed properties throughout the southeast. Jennifer handles the entire process of identifying the properties with potential, assessing risk and providing projections for expected profits, fixing and flipping the properties, and/or placing tenants. She provided investors with residential or commercial investments to suit their budget and ROI requirements.
She began her real estate career about 18 years ago using an SBA loan and home equity to acquire a business inside a commercial property listed by Steve Radekopf. Steve was able to help her and lend some expertise in properly structuring the deal. Later she was able to purchase real estate with 5 acres after increasing the revenue. Several years later Steve assisted her as her broker again to sell the property and business together for a substantial profit.
Since then Jennifer Downs obtained extensive experience with buying and selling foreclosure properties. She also has experience rehabbing and wholesaling hundreds of single and multi-family homes using both private or hard money. Her motivation to get involved with real estate came from reading the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki. When she’s not involved in a real estate deal, she is running her health club in North Charleston, SC. She also enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter. Jennifer is a Zillow Premier Agent, formerly with CJH Properties LLC and Better Real Estate Carolinas.
